Grow Hockey Program An Explanation of the Decisions Parents Will Need To Make On or before January 7th, 2009 you will need to decide If you will keep your kid(s) in the YD Youth Hockey Program Please see below
Review of the Original Purpose of the Program - This was the first time YD Youth Hockey has offered a program like this - - We tried to think it out in advance and have appreciated your understanding as we went through our learning curves - - It was designed to allow kids to find out if they enjoyed the sport of hockey - - It was also designed to allow the parents find out the same before making a financial comittment - - We believe that most parents, if they are able, will find a way to support their kid's activities, so long as their kids really enjoy it - - The enrollment exceeded our expectations and we thank you for participating - - We wish we could have supplied equipment to every parent but the decision of how many to buy was made 6 to 8 months ago - - We sincerely hope we have met your expectations -
If your decision is - YES - We are thrilled that you have decided stay with YD Youth Hockey - - You may keep any equipment provided to you through the end of the season - - Practices will remain as cheduled (Wednesdays & Sundays) - - Depending upon the level of play of your child - - Additional ice time for some games will be scheduled - - The first year tuition of $295.00 must be paid in full on or before January 7th, 2008 - - You may make partial payments until January 7th - - We accept, for sure, Visa & Mastercard (I will check on others) - - Please contact Rhonda, our Treasurer, to make the payments - - Rhonda's email is Her phone is 508-362-8092 - - Or - - Make your check payable to Yarmouth-Dennis Youth Hockey - - And mail to your payment to - Yarmouth-Dennis Youth Hockey PO Box 16 Yarmouthport, MA 02675 Use Me If You Can Print Envelopes Just Click on this Link - Finally - In fairness, you may wish to know that the 1st year dues of $295.00 Are at a "Get um hooked level" They will go up to the regular rate after the 1st year We have a couple of major fundraising events to help keep the dues down Golf and Fishing Tournaments The kids love the fishing and the golf is an adult affair We have kept the dues at the same level for the past 5 or 6 years Here is a link to our regular dues Payment Policy -2007-2008 Season	If your decision is - NO - We truly appreciate you giving hockey a chance - - All equiment we provided must be returned by January 7th, 2008 To include ... - Helmet & mask - - Shinguards - - Elbow pads - - Shoulder pads - - Pants - - Socks - - Skates - - Equipment bag - Please keep your stick as a keepsake!
